Philodendron Erubescens “Painted Lady" are special variety of upright Philodendron. They prefer medium to bright indirect light. No harsh, direct sunlight - their leaves will burn. The variegation on the leaves will become more pronounced with the brightest light possible without being too harsh or direct for too long a period of time. If the color begins to fade, the plant is likely not getting enough sunlight.

Allow the top inch of soil to dry out in between waterings. Water once a week in warmer months, once every 10-14 days in the Winter. If leaves are turning yellow and dropping it is likely because they are receiving too much moisture.
